“Out underfloor heating wasn't working properly one of the sections wasn't heating up. Ryan took his time to figure out which one wasn't working and then checked the heating system. He needed a couple of parts, ordered them and came back the next week to fit them. He was really lovely and helpful and explained how the system worked and what he was doing. “Our 14 year old boiler gave up the ghost on Sunday 14th December. Not knowing where to turn at this time of year my son recommended Ryan and Blueflow Heating, Cooling & Renewables and we was not disappointed. Ryan came out at short notice to look at our issue and explained our options clearly and when he thought he could fit us in. We decided it was time to change the boiler rather than fix and Ryan managed to fit us in for a boiler replacement the following Thursday and Friday. He turned up on time as promised, laid dust sheets throughout and made sure everything was left clean and tidy when leaving. His workmanship is first-class, and his in-depth knowledge and advice really impressed us. Fantastic friendly service and we would have no hesitation in recommending him and will certainly use him again.”

“My boiler had a persistent code constantly reappearing. I called the engineer and explained. We both agreed it was the ignition valve, and this was duly ordered. However, once Ryan arrived, he stated there was a problem with the instalation of my three year old boiler. He fixed the problem and took back the part, so it cost me less than half of the original agreed figure. Most engineers would have either changed the part or pretended to do so. In today's day and age it hard to find a honest gas engineer. I keep his card close to hand.”
