How It Works

Survey & Design

A qualified engineer conducts a heat-loss survey, assesses existing emitters and hot‑water requirements, then specifies system type (monobloc or split), cylinder and buffer vessel where needed.

Installation & Commissioning

We install outdoor unit(s), connect refrigerant and hydronic circuits, set flow temperatures and controls, then fully commission and test to manufacturer standards.

Handover & Aftercare

You get a full system handover, user briefing and documentation. Optional service plans, rapid fault response and our Price Match Promise back your investment.
